  • Shipping & Delivery

  • At this time, ECG Tuning ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, ECG Tuning ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    Most items ship the same day if ordered before 4 P.M. EST. and you receive them 2-3 days after you order. ECG Tuning takes pride in getting you your item fast and efficiently at the lowest cost to you. For all international orders please contact sales@ecgtuning.com for an accurate shipping quote. ECG Tuning reserves the right to change or request funds as needed to complete your shipping on international orders.



  • Sales Tax

  • ECG Tuning charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.



  • Return Policy

  • You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). ECG Tuning reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

    All returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase. Special order items cannot be returned under any circumstances. The return items must be in new, unused, re-sellable condition, with all pieces included. All returns are subject to approval by ECG Tuning. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and all return shipments must be insured and any loss/damage claims must be filed by the customer and notify ECG Tuning of this claim at cameron@ecgtuning.com. ECG Tuning will not accept returns on: coilovers, electronics, engine internals, turbochargers, superchargers, and turbo kits. Items that are returned within 10 days of purchase will not be charged a restocking fee. After 10 days, accepted returns are subject to a fee consisting of 7% of the item cost. A $15 repackaging fee will be applied to any returns without acceptable packaging. In almost all cases in-store credit is given to the customer for a return.
